HOURS:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with rotating on-call (approximately one week/weekend a month)

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4 years of IT experience, preferred bachelor’s degree or 4-year technical college, but willing to train the right applicant MCSE and CCNA preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: The right candidate will be the face of technology at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital as a lead Help Desk person. Interacts with hospital staff completing a wide range of duties in supporting end user devices and applications. Responsible for day to day monitoring of the network, hardware, software and all other systems and assigned duties. Provides excellence in customer service to those we support.
