The FMDH Human Resources Department is responsible to establish programs to recruit and retain employees as well as provide professional growth opportunities to allow employees to learn about their job. We work to establish an environment that fosters communication, innovation, and pride in quality customer service. HR acts as an employee advocate as well as a consultant to department managers on human resource issues. In addition we develop, implement, and enforce FMDH policies and procedures as well as ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations and other accrediting bodies standards.
