FMDH Public Health provides essential community health services designed to support prevention, wellness, and early care. With a new location and expanded hours, we are improving access and meeting the needs of our community in more flexible ways.

Updated Hours - Beginning July 1

Public Health Office Hours
Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Vaccination Hours - Beginning July 6
Monday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We now offer expanded hours, providing more convenient access for our community.
